Kawveh Nofallah, DMD COSMETIC & GENERAL DENTISTRY BASED IN LAKELAND, FLORIDA Dr. Nofallah is a native Floridian, who was born and raised in Tallahassee.

He is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Dentistry. He has served the Lakeland Area since 2006, where he resides with his wife and three children. The doctor and his caring, professional staff look forward to giving you and your family the brightest, healthiest smiles possible.
