We are incredibly proud to celebrate an exciting milestone for Dr. Vargas!
Dr. Vargas has officially earned her Mastership through the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD)- one of the highest honors a general dentist can achieve through continuing education and lifelong learning.
Earning an AGD Mastership is no small accomplishment. It requires more than 1,100 hours of approved continuing education across a wide range of dental disciplines, including at least 400 hours of hands on participation courses, in addition to maintaining AGD fellowship status. This achievement represents years of dedication, advanced training, and an unwavering commitment to providing the highest quality care for patients.
To put this accomplishment into perspective, fewer than 2% of general dentists have earned the AGD Mastership designation.
