Dear Patients,

Due to the unprecedented coronavirus situation in our region, the relevant governing bodies have asked all dental offices to cease elective dental procedures for a minimum of 2 weeks. Since the safety of our patients and staff is our first priority, we will certainly do our part to help the entire community through this crisis. Its important to note that we will still be available to treat emergency situations, tooth aches, pain and urgent issues (4253346912). Our staff will be able to return calls and are available for any questions. I will attempt to help you in any way possible, including via the Zoom app should that prove useful. If you had an appointment within the next 2 weeks, we will reach out to you to reschedule. Thanks for your understanding in this difficult time and we look forward to returning to normal as soon as possible.

Hello Patients, Friends and Family,

In light of the recent covid-19 situation, our office has implemented a few changes:

First, we have always and will always adhere to the highest professional standards of infection control. Our procedures meet or exceed the criteria given by the leading organizations in the field. In addition to this, we have increased our disinfecting and cleaning of our common area and non clinical surfaces over the last few weeks. We will continue to do this in order to help minimize risk to our patients and staff.

Second, we must reschedule any patients who have ANY flu-like symptoms. We realize the symptoms may in fact be from a common cold or allergies, but in this environment we simply cannot make exceptions. Also, if you have had ANY contact with a known covid 19+ patient we must reschedule you to another date. WE RELY ON YOUR HONESTY AND APPRECIATE IT.

Third, we will have to adjust the way we handle our waiting area. When you arrive in the parking lot we ask that you call 425-334-6912 and let us know you are here. We will text you when your chair is ready limiting your time in common areas. This helps us to keep a more robust social distance and keeps patients and staff safe.

Fourth, we ask that you come to your appointments alone. In order to maintain social distancing with no persons in the waiting area, we prefer all patients come alone. If those accompanying you can remain in the car, that is our preference.

Fifth, we ask that you are patient with us and flexible with the schedule. As with all of you, we are taking this day to day. With significant cancellations and changes, we may have to alter and/or condense the schedule. We hope that if changes occur we are able to accommodate everyone but that may require some flexibility on all parts. In the interim, we will prioritize urgent and emergent care. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Lastly, we appreciate all of our patients and our staff. We want to be here to provide top notch care for all of you. We will continue to do so until we feel it is safe for all of us. If a time comes when we are unable to remain open, we will adjust and adapt so that we can still provide care when necessary. Please contact us with any questions. All the best to you.

Happy Thanksgiving to all our patients and their families. We are thankful for you! We are closed today to spend the holiday with our families (back to regular schedule Monday) but as always we are available for emergencies. Have a great Thanksgiving.

We sponsored the Lake Steven's Empty Bowls 2019 fundraiser for the Lake Stevens Food Bank. We cannot personally attend so we have a pair of tickets and accompanying "Drink" tickets if anyone would like to attend. It's a great event. We are here until 3pm. 425 334 6912.

Dr. Doug just wrapped up a day volunteering on the Medical Teams Intl free mobile dental van in Sultan, WA. We helped out dozens of very nice folks today!!!

I made it in no problem so we are a full go today! Of course, only come in if you can do so safely. We will be working this Friday as an extra day so call us up of you need anything.

Due to expected weather and likely frozen roads, we will follow Lake Steven's SD and be closed tomorrow. We did open today, but that was probably not our best idea 😁. Our staff safety is our concern so we apologize for any inconvenience. We will be open this Friday as an alternate day. I am available for any emergencies so please call. We appreciate our great patients and thank you for your understanding.
