March = Mastery + My Birthday 🎉

I just completed an advanced Korean Lash Lift master class and WOW! The chemistry and science behind Korean lifts is truly next level.

I’ve offered traditional lash lifts for years… but stepping into the Korean + new hybrid method has been a whole journey.

Let’s be real, in the lash lift world, there are those underwhelming results sometimes. Anyone who says otherwise hasn’t done enough of them. It takes product knowledge, chemistry understanding, and real testing.

There were a few lifts at first that weren’t giving what I wanted.
Lots of brand testing.
Lots of refining.
Lots of continuing education.

But now? I’ve curated a set product kit with nourishing creams, a modified processing system (yes — skipping unnecessary “step 1.5” phases), and a hybrid correction method that fixes the common trial-and-error issues most techs struggle with.

We used a cysteamine system for a gentler, healthier lift that protects the integrity of your natural lashes.

I love castor oil & serums. I really do. Just… not before your lash lift 😅

Here’s why 👇

🖤 Castor oil leaves a heavy residue – even if you wash your lashes the next morning, oil can still cling to the hair shaft.
🖤 Oil blocks the lift – lash lift solutions need clean, oil-free lashes to properly reshape.
🖤 Results can suffer – weaker lift, uneven curl, or lashes dropping sooner than expected.

✨ My client prep tips:
✔️ No castor oil
✔️ No lash serums
✔️ No mascara
✔️ No oils
⏰ 24–48 hours before your appointment

Come in with completely clean lashes, nothing on them. Lash Shampoo will still be used & im starting to include a warm towel.

💭 Why this matters:
After years of doing lifts, I’ve transitioned to a gentler, healthier approach. Traditional lifts often use stronger solutions, but stronger doesn’t mean safer.
•Some traditional lifts might get away with a little oil.
•Korean lash lifts require precise prep — any lingering oils can compromise the final result.
