Dr. Ryan Lavene is a Board Certified Endodontist born and raised in Michigan. He attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor for his undergraduate studies. Next, he received his doctorate in dentistry from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in 1999. He practiced general dentistry for 7 years in Los Angeles before moving to Portland, Oregon where he attended Oregon Health & Science University for his graduate education in the specialty of Endodontics. He graduated from OHSU in 2008 with a certificate in Endodontics and has been in private endodontic practice in Los Angeles and Orange counties. Dr. Ryan Lavene is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics, a member of the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, the Arizona Dental Association and the Northern Arizona Dental Society. Dr. Lavene takes pride in providing the highest quality endodontic “root canal” treatment while providing a comfortable, caring environment during the visit.

Dr. Rebecca Lavene is a Board Certified Periodontist & Implantologist. She graduated from Oregon Health & Sciences University School of Dentistry and received her D.M.D degree in 2008. Next, she was accepted into an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Naval Medical Center San Diego. After graduating from the AEGD residency, she practiced as Navy dentist for several years. Dr. Rebecca Lavene was honored with multiple military awards, including two Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medals, the Admiral's Cup Award, 1st place at the San Diego County Dental Society Symposium, 1st place at the California Dental Association Table Clinic Competition and was published in the Journal of the California Dental Association. Dr. Lavene was accepted into a Graduate Periodontal Residency Program at the West Los Angeles Veterans Hospital. The residency provided the highest level of specialty training in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of periodontal disease, hard and soft tissue augmentation, the placement of dental implants and treating medically complex patients. During this time, she was awarded the California Society of Periodontists Research Award for her work on Mucograft as a soft tissue substitute as well as the Robert Merin Leadership Award. Dr. Lavene is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the Academy of Osseointegration, the American Dental Association, the Arizona Dental Association and the Northern Arizona Dental Society.
