George Family Dentistry

is originally from Lake Charles, Louisiana. After graduating from Barbe High School in 2004 he earned an undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences at Louisiana State University in 2008 and a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in 2014. Upon graduation Dr. George received several honors. He was named the most promising general dentist in the 201

4 class by the Academy of General Dentistry. He practiced in Baton Rouge, LA along side John M. before being called home to practice with Dennis E. Donald, D.D.S. Dr. Donald is a native of Lake Charles. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1973 and obtained his D.D.S. from the LSU School of Dentistry in 1977. Dr. Donald began his private practice that same year in Lake Charles. He retired at the end of 2018. Since graduating from dental school, Dr. George has stayed active in continuing education. He has completed continuing education courses in Oral Sedation, Adhesive Dentistry, Implant Dentistry, Periodontics and Systemic Health, and Photography. He has also began the Essentials courses at The Pankey Institute. Dr. George is a graduate of LSUCDE Implant Continuum. He also attended and completed the Alabama Implant Education. Dr. George is serves as a board member of Louisiana State University Continuing Dental Education. He is a member of the Calcasieu Parish Dental Society (Past President), Southwest District Dental Association (Past President), the Louisiana Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. George married his wife, Caitlin Caldwell George, in April 2014. They have two children, Benjamin and Eleanor, and a dog, Goose. He enjoys hunting, fishing, exercising, LSU Athletics, and spending time with family and friends. MEET THE TEAM
