IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL OUR PATIENTS:
With the COVID-19 pandemic and concern among us, the president of the American Dental Association (ADA) came out with the following statement: “The ADA is deeply concerned for the health and well-being of the public and the dental team. In order for dentistry to do its part to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, the ADA recommends dentists nationwide postpone elective procedures for the next three weeks. Concentrating on emergency dental care will allow us to care for our emergency patients and alleviate the burden that dental emergencies would place on hospital emergency departments.”
Under the recommendation and guidance of the ADA and Indiana Dental Association (IDA), Hodge and Lancaster Family Dental will make the following changes for the next 3 weeks:
- From Wed, March 18 to Thurs, April 2, the office will be open Mon-Thurs starting at 9am for EMERGENCY PATIENTS ONLY. Depending on the number of emergency patients per day (if any), the office may close for the day by early afternoon. All previously scheduled hygiene appointments and elective dental treatments during this time frame will need to be rescheduled.
- Office will be closed all day on the following Fridays: March 20, March 27 and April 3
Our normal office hours and operation are set to begin again on Monday, April 6; however, this start date could be pushed back depending on the progression of COVID-19. If you have a dental emergency of any kind in the meantime, please do not hesitate to give us a call at 765-447-6733.
