This case features a lower FP3 zirconia restoration to replace both teeth and lost tissue, paired with an upper FP1 zirconia restoration designed to replicate natural tooth emergence. Together, they deliver a functional, esthetic full-mouth transformation tailored to the patient's needs.

In this case, the patient had several missing and failing teeth in the upper arch, while the lower arch remained largely healthy. The treatment plan included a five-implant supported zirconia full arch on the maxilla and a single implant and crown to restore function in the lower arch.
