“I don’t like my dark tooth”

This great patent came to our office after he noticed a dark spot on his front tooth that had grown considerably in recent months. He knew he had other issues going on around his mouth but wanted to focus on the front first. After discussion, he decided on a Get Started plan that addressed the most visible part of his smile.

We took some x-rays and did thorough exam, finding a large cavity on his front tooth, as well as multiple other areas of decay plus gum inflammation. After addressing all cavities and infection, we restored this front tooth with a custom porcelain crown plus multiple fillings/bonding on the adjacent teeth. Now this patient is looking great and smiling from ear-to-ear! 😃

“Learning to smile again”

Here’s a smile upgrade we completed for an awesome patient at our office. He came to us with a chief complaint of chipped, misshapen and discolored front teeth. This affected not only the form and function of his teeth, but also his ability to project confidence in his smile. After discussion, he elected to treat his front 4 teeth with custom porcelain restorations.

We first corrected the position of the edge of the teeth based on his facial esthetics and lip position. Next we lifted the gums for better proportions. Finally, the shade was brightened while maintaining a natural color and appearance. Things are now looking great and tissues are stable at recall! The patient can finally have the smile he’s always dreamed of!
