After a filling, local anesthesia numbs the area around the treated tooth. For most people, that sensation fades within one to three hours. šŸ¦·

As it wears off, you may notice light tingling. Thatā€™s normal and resolves gradually.

Until feeling fully returns, avoid hot foods and be careful not to bite your cheek or tongue.
