They listen to stories about new babies, new jobs, difficult diagnosis, and life changing moments.
They notice when someone is not themselves.
They care.
During National Oral Hygiene Month, we're reminded that dentistry is about so much more than teeth. Our privilege is not simply caring for smiles. It's caring for the people behind them.
