Hey everyone! We love your referrals!

Since Downtown Mainstreet gift cards are no longer available, we switched to some of our favorite people and businesses in the area for our referral thank you gifts.

And if you haven't already, you really ought to check out OPUS Bakehouse, The Pearl Ice Cream Parlor & Confectionery, People's Food Co-op, and Larson's General

Taking a moment to appreciate the journey so far.

Our practice continues to grow, and with that growth comes the opportunity to welcome new people, new perspectives, and new energy to our team. We are so pleased to welcome our new dentist, Dr. Sadie Kroll and our new part-time dental assistant, Xochitl, and even more grateful for the incredible staff who make this practice what it is.

We had a party to celebrate last week, and believe it or not, every one of us managed to keep the excellent Big Boar BBQ & Catering off of our shirts!

This photo is a reflection of where we are today: a team that continues to grow, learn, support one another, and care deeply about the people we serve.

We are thankful for the journey, and genuinely excited to see where this next chapter takes us.

Big news from Hixon Hills Dental!

We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Sadie Kroll is joining our practice, seeing patients starting August 26!

This exciting addition means we're expanding our schedule to include Fridays! Here's our new provider schedule:

Dr. Vande Walle: Monday–Wednesday
Dr. Kroll: Wednesday–Friday

Dr. Kroll brings incredible experience to our team, having completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) at Denver Health before spending the past two years growing her skills in private practice. Her expertise complements Dr. Vande Walle's beautifully — together they'll offer our patients an even broader range of comprehensive, high-quality care.

A familiar face to the area, Dr. Kroll attended UW–La Crosse and has always dreamed of returning to the area. She and her husband, Mitch, are so excited to make the move and become part of our community!

We are currently welcoming new patients! If you know someone looking for a dental home, send them our way — existing patients receive a $20 referral bonus for every new patient referral.

Please join us in giving Dr. Kroll a warm welcome. We can't wait for you to meet her!

Happy belated Earth Day! Here’s a photo dump of what we’ve been up to that caused our tardiness.

Our Earth Week was unusually busy — we had a team yoga outing, attended the Star of the North Dental Conference in St. Paul, and welcomed a new Dental Assistant, Evelyn!

So that brings us to May, making good on our annual outing. This year, we partnered with ORA Trails - Outdoor Recreation Alliance and spent the afternoon doing some work at the Trail Farm! As you can see, Evelyn is already putting the team on her back!

Oh, and stay tuned…there are some exciting new things coming to Hixon Hills Dental!
