Featuring on this week’s Meet the Team Monday is Katherine, our Office Administrator! Born and raised in Dripping Springs, Texas, this small town girl is our MVP. She enjoys going on walks, trying different coffee ☕️ shops, attending concerts 🎫 and music festivals, and 🌎traveling. She is also obsessed with her two cats, Asher 🐈‍⬛ and Meeko. The future Katherine envisions for herself is to one day have a family 🧑‍🧑‍🧒 of her own. She graduated from Texas State University in 2023, and worked at a pharmacy 💊before joining our clinic. The practice wouldn’t be the same without her. She is reliable and organized, has an impeccable 🧠 memory, mediates conflicts for both patients and staff, and has a knack for balancing a professional mindset with a socially fun attitude. When we get off track, Katherine is there to steer us in the right direction 🧭 again. When things go awry, she is there to help us find a 🤔solution. What she loves most about being part of the OFO team is the 3-day weekend, her coworkers, and being part of a patient’s journey 🗺️ toward their dream smile!

It’s week 2 of Meet The Team Monday! 🎉 Introducing Monica, our newest hire, and New Patient Coordinator! Born and raised in Ohio, she moved to Colorado at age 12 but has lived in Texas since 2022, where she studied business and played lacrosse 🥍 at the University of Dallas. Monica is a true outdoor girl who enjoys running 🏃‍♀️ and soaking up the ☀️ sunshine! She enjoys game nights with the family and volunteering at nursing homes. Before she joined the front office at our clinic, she was a manager at CFA 🐓🍗 for two years. She is a fast learner who is eager to try new things, takes constructive criticism well, and is always ready to face new challenges. She works quickly and efficiently, and brings a positive attitude to the clinic. What Monica loves most about being part of the OFO team is the family-oriented and driven attitude. She appreciates the flexibility 🗓️ of the schedule, which allows her to spend valued quality time with her family, and working with a team that combines a genuine care for others with a commitment to excellence in everything they do!

Meet our Scheduling Coordinator, Alex! Born and raised in Austin, Texas, she grew up with three sisters, so she feels right at home with our staff full of ladies! When she’s not in the office, she enjoys running, listening to Stray Kids K-Pop, and crocheting stuffed animals. A life goal of hers is to ride the world’s largest canyon swing in New Zealand. Alex received her Associate Degree of Applied Sciences from Austin Community College and held various positions at non profit organizations, which prepared her for constant face-to-face interaction. She welcomes patients with enthusiasm and warmth, and handles complex social situations with compassion and grace. What Alex loves most about being a part of the OFO family is the routine. Even though each day brings new challenges, her Type A personality thrives in our structured work environment.

✨Love is in the air! Even though you can’t see 👀 it, you feel 🥰 it when it’s there. Just like Invisalign, it can be hard to see, but when its work is done, you’ll smile 😁 beautifully! So wear that heart ❤️ on your sleeve… or should I say your 🦷 teeth? We love our patients and our staff, our Oldham Family! This young lady got her Invisalign right in time for the holiday. Sending a little love on through from Oldham Family Orthodontics! Another wonderful year has rolled around and we are gearing up for Valentine’s Day with hearts in our eyes and brackets on our teeth! This little angel was so nervous to get braces for the first time, but as soon as she was told she could choose the colors of her bands, her face lit up and anxiety went away. As the appointment went on, all you could hear were her excited giggles and laughter. By the very end, they showed her a reflection of her new smile to which she exclaimed “Look at me, I have braces!”
