Hands down the best family dentistry experience. From the moment you walk in till the moment you walk out, phenomenal service. We decided to try Bravo just because where we were before was referring my daughter out for work so decided to try somewhere new for a second opinion. While Bravo also referred us to a pediatric office for my daughters, Dr. Dekow put the images on the TV and explained to me why it would be best. He was fully transparent and I left feeling informed.
I personally didn't grow up in a home that put a lot of emphasis on dental care until I was much older and so I never established those good habits and am as an adult dealing with the consequences. As a mom who's struggling to teach but working on getting my kids to have those habits, it can be very overwhelming and embarrassing when you take your kids in and they have cavities. The Hygienist Melissa was so comforting and I didn't feel judged at all as I asked her to teach me how to floss/teach me how to floss my kids teeth. She reassured me I'm not the only adult who's never learned and she took the time to teach me. Dr. Dekow was very caring and kind and again I felt no judgment with him referring me out for care. He walked my husband and I through what needed to be done and again I just felt like I walked out with answers instead of being confused. Jordan is the patient coordinator and she made the time fly. She was very personable, professional and made this mom of 4 littles in an office not feel overwhelmed and like I was a bother or my kids were too loud. She put on a show for them and was so understanding when my 2.5yr old threw a fit in the middle of the office. She also got me set up for an appointment at the pediatricians dentist nearby, taking a lot off of my plate. It can be overwhelming to go to appointments with multiple kids, but the team at Bravo were extremely patient, caring, and kind hearted towards my family and I which means everything to me. We'll be back in 6 months for another round.
