Dr. Jessica Phillips grew up in LaFollette, TN. She graduated from East Tennessee State University in 2004 and attended dental school at the University of Kentucky. After receiving her dental degree and completing a residency in pediatric dentistry, Dr. Jessica decided to leave the Bluegrass of Kentucky and return to the mountains of East Tennessee to start her practice.
