Did you know there is a large misconception about the importance of baby teeth? Many people believe that they do not need to be cared for the same way as our permanent teeth because ā€œthey are just going to fall outā€. There are many reasons to keep them just as healthy!
ā€¢Good brushing habits at a young age carry over as we get older.
ā€¢ Cavities (regardless of age) can still cause a lot of pain and even infection.
ā€¢Cavities on baby teeth left untreated will spread to permanent teeth.

How can we protect them? Daily brushing and flossing as well as encouraging water throughout the day!
