Sometimes, a condition called a tongue-tie (ankyloglossia) can make it difficult for babies to latch properly, leading to frustration for both mom and baby. This can cause pain during feeding, poor weight gain, or long, exhausting nursing sessions.

A frenectomy is a quick, gentle procedure that can help release the tongue’s movement—making breastfeeding easier, more comfortable, and more successful.

Volunteer Pediatric Dentistry had the BEST time at the Hinman Dental Conference this week! 🦷✨

We had such a great experience learning new techniques, discovering new tools, and connecting with other dental professionals so we can continue bringing the best care possible to our patients.

A special thank you to the Georgia Aquarium for hosting such a fun event! It was an amazing opportunity to explore the aquarium and enjoy time together outside of the conference sessions. 🐠🌊

We’re excited to head back to the office on Monday and start putting all the knowledge and ideas we learned into action for our patients and families!
