We regret to inform that we must re-appoint all remaining appointments for today, May 5. This is due to a system-wide outage in our Electronic Health Records software that is prohibiting us from accessing any portion of our patient records.

We apologize sincerely for the inconvenience and are doing our best to reach out to those affected. We should be back to normal operations on Wednesday, May 6.
