We’re celebrating her all week long because she deserves it! We are so lucky to have such a kind, caring, and genuinely wonderful person on our team. Dr. Hansis has the biggest heart, and it shows in the way she cares for every patient and supports her teammates!
Our patients love her, and we absolutely love working alongside her! She brings so much kindness, positivity, and warmth to South Knox Dental, and we’re grateful for all that she does!

Tooth out → implant in → smile restored SAME DAY!
For the right candidate, an immediate implant can allow us to remove a tooth, place the implant, and have the patient leave with a temporary tooth—all in the same visit.
Every case is carefully planned using CBCT imaging, measurements, and detailed evaluation to make sure an immediate implant is the right option for the patient.
This is something we do regularly at South Knox Dental, and we love being able to give our patients the confidence to walk out with a tooth rather than having to go without.
Not every case is a candidate for immediate placement, but when it is, the results can be pretty amazing!

When she’s not caring for our patients, Dr. Hansis loves spending time with her husband and their two rescue pups, Nama and Fred.🐶🤍 She’s a beach-loving, coffee-drinking, early bird who enjoys discovering new local spots around Knoxville!

A few of her favorites so far include Kefi and Wild Love, and you can always win her over with a bowl of ice cream. She also enjoys baking and getting lost in a good book! 📖🧁🍨
