February is National Children’s Dental Health Month. The Klamath Smiles staff loves helping our patients know the importance of healthy teeth, starting at a young age. The recommendation for children is to see a dentist by 12 months of age, or when they get their first teeth. Habits established while they’re young are critical in a maintaining good oral health. Children should be seen every six months just like adults. We enjoy meeting children and making them comfortable with dental visits during their youth. Don’t forget to Brush, Floss, and Smile.

This October we celebrated dental hygiene month. We do it to help raise awareness about the importance of great dental care, while promoting healthy mouths, gums, and teeth. What better way to celebrate than to acknowledge our beloved dental hygienists. Thank you for always going above and beyond for your patients. Your dedication is admirable. Due to our rapid growth, we constructed a new building in 2020 where we have continued to add to our existing dental equipment and technology including CB/CT radiography, guided implant surgery, PRP and CEREC.
