Important notice for TRUE METRIX meter users: Trividia Health has voluntarily recalled all lots of TRUE METRIX, TRUE METRIX GO, TRUE METRIX AIR, and TRUE METRIX PRO blood glucose monitoring meters due to an issue involving the E-5 error code and user instructions.

You may continue using your TRUE METRIX meter, but if you see an E-5 error, retest with a new test strip. If the error continues and you have symptoms such as extreme thirst, frequent urination, fatigue, blurry vision, confusion, dehydration, or loss of consciousness, seek medical attention immediately.

To request a prescription for a new blood glucose meter, lancets, and test strips, contact:

You may also contact Trividia Health Customer Support at 1-888-943-2387, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–8 PM EST, for a replacement system.

At Osceola Community Health Services, we believe mental health is just as important as physical health. It shapes how we think, feel, connect with others, manage stress, and show up in our daily lives.

During Mental Health Awareness Month, we are answering a few mental health FAQs to help reduce the stigma and fear surrounding mental health while reminding our community that support is available.
