Today we’re celebrating an incredible milestone—29 years of Kacky making a difference in the lives of our patients, families, and team!

As our Treatment Coordinator, Kacky is often the first smiling face you’ll meet, helping patients understand their treatment and feel confident every step of the way. But her impact doesn’t stop there. She also manages our billing, keeps countless office operations running smoothly, and wears more hats than we can count. Simply put, she’s one of the people who keeps Junction Orthodontics moving forward every single day.

Her dedication, compassion, attention to detail, and willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed have helped shape our practice for nearly three decades. We are so grateful for her loyalty, hard work, and the genuine care she shows every patient and team member.

✨ Bracket – Bonded to each tooth to guide movement
✨ Wire – Connects the brackets and applies gentle pressure

Happy 11th Work Anniversary, Kathy! 💙🎉

For the past 11 years, Kathy has been the smiling face that welcomes you to Junction Orthodontics. While many know her as the friendly voice on the phone and the person who schedules appointments, those of us behind the scenes know she does so much more.

Kathy is the glue that keeps our practice together. She steps in wherever she’s needed, ties up the loose ends no one else sees, keeps our days running smoothly, and always puts our patients and team first. Her dedication, kindness, and willingness to help in every situation make her truly irreplaceable.

Today we’re celebrating Kathy with flowers, lunch at Daily Bread, and a dinner-and-a-movie date at Citizen Kane’s Steak House as a small thank-you for everything she does.

Did you know the American Association of Orthodontists recommends that every child have their first orthodontic evaluation by age 7?

By age 7, enough permanent teeth have erupted for an orthodontist to identify developing issues with jaw growth, bite, spacing, or crowding—even if braces aren’t needed yet.

We had such a great time at the Lodge Des Peres Healthy Resolution Health Fair! It’s always a pleasure getting out in the community and teaming up with our fellow chamber members for such a fun and positive event.

A huge highlight of the day was a special visit from Louie of the St. Louis Blues 🏒💙 — definitely a crowd favorite!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, said hello, and entered our raffle — we loved meeting so many amazing families focused on healthy habits for the new year!
