Kirksville Dental Group in Kirksville, Missouri, is seeking an experienced, motivated Practice Administrator (or Director of Operations) to lead the business operations of Northeast Missouri's largest and most established dental practice.

Our practice includes:
• 5 Dentists
• 6 Hygienists
• 30 Team Members
• A strong reputation for clinical excellence and patient care

Kirksville Dental Group has proudly served Northeast Missouri for 28 years and is committed to delivering an elevated patient experience through exceptional customer service, compassion, and teamwork. As a privately owned practice led by three owner-doctors who provide patient care alongside our team every day, we have built a positive, supportive culture where employees are valued, empowered, and genuinely enjoy coming to work.

The Office Manager will oversee daily operations, human resources, team development, recruiting, performance management, compliance, financial reporting, strategic growth initiatives, public relations, and marketing. This individual will work closely with the owner doctors and the established leadership team to ensure an exceptional experience for both patients and employees.

Qualifications:
• Experience in healthcare administration, human resources, dental office management, medical practice management, or business operations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or related field preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and personnel management experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing teams and implementing systems and processes

Compensation & Benefits:
• Starting Hourly Rate: $35-$48, based on experience
•Full Time at 30-38 hours per week
• Bonus opportunities & yearly performance raises
• Health insurance & 401K with company match
• Paid vacation and holidays
• Continuing education support
• Relocation assistance available for highly qualified candidates

🎉 THE BIG REVEAL IS HERE! 🎉

Please join us in welcoming Dr. Matthew Williams to the Kirksville Dental Group family!

Dr. Matt Williams was born and raised in Kirksville. He spent much of his childhood playing sports, hunting, and fishing. He graduated from Kirksville High School in 2002, played baseball at Indian Hills Community College for two years, and went on to earn a degree in Business from Columbia College in Columbia, MO. He married and started a family before ultimately deciding to go back to school and become a dentist.

Dr. Williams earned a degree in Biology from Columbia College and became the first Kirksville High School graduate to be accepted to the newly established ATSU-MOSDOH. He graduated in 2020 and has worked as a dentist for the past six years here in Kirksville for the Northeast Missouri Health Council. In this position, he had the pleasure of serving the dental needs of our community as well as our surrounding communities through valuable school outreach programs that provide mobile dental services to outlying rural schools.

Dr. Williams is excited to continue to provide the best possible dental care and treatment experience to his patients, and to have a positive impact on the Kirksville community. Dr. Williams enjoys spending time with his wife, Kristie, and their four children, and being outdoors as much as possible hunting, fishing, and hiking.
