Have you ever noticed which side your child prefers when they chew? Just like being right or left handed, some people naturally favor one side of their mouth when eating! Using both sides helps distribute the work of chewing, but having a preferred side isn’t necessarily a problem. If your child suddenly changes how they chew or mentions pain or discomfort, that’s a good time to let us know!
