Dr. King is native of East Tennessee and has practiced Pediatric Dentistry in Kingsport for over 30 years. He is married to the former Melinda Law of Maryville, Tennessee. Dr. Grant King graduated in May of 2016 from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and is a Periodontist with Periodontal Associates of Memphis. Reed, the King's youngest son, graduated in the spring of 2017, with a

Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center as well. Reed is a general dentist practicing in Asheville, North Carolina. Dr. King is an avid fan of high school and college athletics, especially the University of Tennessee Volunteers. In his spare time, Dr. King enjoys biking, camping, hiking, fly fishing and playing the drums. King are members of First Broad Street United Methodist Church in Kingsport where they are members of the Builders Class. Education:

Congratulations on your 40th year practicing pediatric dentistry, Dr. King!! This is an incredible milestone showing your true dedication not only to your profession but each of your patients as well. Over the years, you have provided excellent care and positive experiences inspiring many patients to enter the dental field themselves. The Tri-Cities region is incredibly fortunate to have such a dedicated pediatric dentist. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do.
