We said goodbye to Anne Scott today as she heads to Asheville to begin Dental Hygiene school next week. She’s been an integral part of our team for the past 3 years and we will miss her as we’re sure you will as well. Scottie, we expect big things from you and thank you for your time being Dr. Rob’s boss 😄. Help us show Scottie our appreciation!!

Next up, Dr. Steve: He is skilled in many different procedures across the disciplines of dentistry while being both precise and efficient 🦷. Dr. Baker is detail-oriented in nature and brings a calm, understanding presence to every appointment. Outside the office, he’s either on the gas- watching Panthers football and high-speed racing, or hitting the brakes to slow down time with his children and grandkids. “Doc Doc” was voted coolest Grandpa in the world last year by the 7 little ones closest to him. Whether it’s a routine visit or something more involved, you can rely on him. 💯👋🏼

Meet Dr. Bryan: 30+ years of experience, steady hands, a sharp eye, and jokes that you are guaranteed to hear more than once 😁. Dr. Baker is a staple of our team- and is rarely sitting still when out of office, as pictured below. His career in Kings Mountain is defined by the personal relationships he’s made with his patients along the way. Whether it’s your first visit or your fiftieth, he’s all about making it easy, comfortable, and efficient. 🦷🤓

We are sad to share that Ronnie Ledford, our hygienist Judy's husband, passed this weekend at their home in Kings Mountain. Ronnie and Judy shared a happy marriage for 37 years. Ronnie made an impact on our office family and he will be missed by all. A quadriplegic for many years, a quote of his that shows the character Ronnie lived with remains with us all: "I'd rather ride this wheelchair to heaven than walk to hell." If you could join us in lifting Judy up during this difficult time, it would be much appreciated.

Attached are funeral and memorial arrangements.

View Ronald "Ronnie" Gordon Ledford's obituary, send flowers, find service dates, and sign the guestbook.

According to the American Cancer Society, about 59,660 new cases of oral cancer are diagnosed in the United States each year. However, the risk of developing oral cancer can increase when combined with these 🚬factors: Smoking, to***co use, excessive alcohol use, HPV virus, and prolonged sun exposure. Early detection is key! Oral cancer is treatable if caught early. Which is why keeping tabs on any changes in your 👄mouth is crucial, as well as consistent dental appointments. We keep an eye out for any abnormalities that we see during your appointments. For example, nodules, discoloration, lesions or marks. If you are due for an ⌚appointment or have noticed something abnormal within your mouth, don't hesitate. Give us a 📞call (704) 739-4461 even if you are unsure. www.bakerdentalcare.com
