Dear Valued Patients,
Happy New Year! As we step into 2025, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for allowing us to be part of your healthcare journey. Your trust and support inspire us every day to provide the highest level of dental care.
This new year brings exciting changes for our office, along with some bittersweet news. After many years of dedicated service to our community, Dr. Jason W. Lowry has decided to retire from clinical dentistry. Dr. Lowry has been an integral part of our team and a cornerstone of our practice. He has touched the lives of countless patients with exceptional care, warmth, and professionalism. For his colleagues and patients alike, Dr. Lowry has been more than a dentist – he has been a mentor, a confidant, and a friend. While we will miss him dearly, we are thrilled for this next chapter in his life.
Dr. Lowry wanted to personally share this message with you:
Dear Patients,
In 1998 I was preparing to graduate with my Bachelors of Business from The Ohio State University. However, something felt “off” with this career path. I was struggling to pin-point how to move forward when my father gave me some incredible direction. He told me to shadow a few of his friends in their career paths to see if something sparked my interest. That following week I drove out to my friend’s dental office to observe a day in the life of a dentist. I watched Dr. Williams, from Zainesville, Ohio make a temporary bridge replacing front teeth on a young man born with a cleft palate. At the conclusion of the procedure the young man looked in the mirror and cried with joy. From that moment on, I knew the path I wanted to follow, and it was dentistry.
For 20 years, Kingman has been my family’s home and the place of joy in dentistry. I have looked forward to spending my days with the amazing team at Cerbat Dental along with all of the incredible patients that have trusted us with their dental care. I have built lifelong relationships with many of you as we have laughed and spent time together over a drill and a polisher. Hopefully you have felt my heartfelt love and have enjoyed a few of my jokes along the way.
This past year brought a few more struggles than laughter (although I have found joy in simple ways). Following my stroke in April, I reevaluated what the future has in store for me. Having said that, dentistry is still going to be a big part of my future. While I’m taking a step back from a clinical role, I will continue to mentor and move forward with helping dental students at Midwestern University Dental Institute as a clinic instructor. I will be stopping in to Cerbat Dental from time to time, but will not be actively practicing dentistry moving forward. I have full faith in Dr. Charon and Dr. Hill to carry on a legacy of quality healthcare for all of our patients and our incredibly talented hygienists and dental team to offer gold standard care at your visits.
Thank you for all of your trust over the years. I value my friendships and time with each and every one of you! Looking back, I couldn’t be more pleased with making the decision so many years ago to pursue this career. A life changing dental procedure for one young man led me on this incredible journey to Kingman, Arizona. I wouldn’t be true to myself if I didn’t leave you with one final bit of advice: “Only floss the teeth you want to keep”!
Most Gratefully,
Dr. Jason Lowry
As always, our dedicated team is here to ensure a seamless transition and continue providing you with the high-quality care you deserve.
Thank you for being part of our dental family. We wish you and your loved ones a joyful, healthy, and prosperous New Year!
Warm Regards,
