My client had major staining on his lower teeth. Such staining usually happens over years and years. It is really hard and resistant to get such stains lightened to match the actual tooth color. My client wanted to match his lower dentin shade to his upper dentin shade. We achieved major results. The stains were very dark brownish and I was able to whiten him almost 12 shades so that finally it all matches.

The best and maximal results are achieved like this.
The first 20min of whitening only pe*****te the outer layer of the enamel. The second 20min session pe*****tes deeper inside the pores to get stains that are deeper inside the enamel. The third 20min session gives the best whitening results and pe*****tes the enamel to whiten stains that are intrinsic.

My client and I decided to do one more 60-min session on upper and lower jaw so that his teeth are the brightest white possible.
