Graduating from the College of Dentistry at the University of Florida in 1994, Dr. Starling began her career in Starke, FL where she remained for the following 8 years. In 2003, she opened a solo practice in Keystone Heights, FL where she is currently located. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Alachua County Dental Association, and the Northeast District Dental Association. Her office is a member of the North Florida Regional Chamber of Commerce and supports local school & community events in the surrounding counties. Her goal is to use her God given skills to treat her patients as family while putting them at ease and providing quality dental care in a calming environment that feels more like home than a clinical office. At the age of 12, Tracie moved with her family from Ft Myers, FL to Starke, FL where she graduated from Bradford High School in 1986. She was influenced to pursue dentistry by her pediatric dentist, hygienist, and best friend’s dad who was also a dentist. Tracie married Robert in 1989, and they reside in Bradford County. When Dr. Starling is not at the office or furthering her dental knowledge and skills in continuing education courses, she & her family enjoy watching baseball of any kind, UF football, & movies, going to the beach or lake, traveling, & redecorating spaces. Tracie and her husband are also active and serve in multiple capacities in their church. Growing up in a small, family-oriented town, she always desired returning to provide dental care to the communities which “raised her up.”

Exciting News from Starling Family Dentistry!

We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Kaylie Couch, who prefers to be called Dr. Kaylie, will be joining the Starling Family Dentistry team beginning July 6, 2026!

Dr. Kaylie is originally from Savannah, Tennessee, and discovered her passion for dentistry during high school after learning firsthand about the impact a caring dentist can have on patients and their community. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Alabama in 2021 before completing her dental degree at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry in 2025.

While in dental school, Dr. Kaylie met her husband, Dr. Chad Couch. After beginning their careers in the Memphis area, they are now relocating to Gainesville, Florida, where her husband will be completing his pediatric dentistry residency at the University of Florida.

Dr. Kaylie is passionate about providing quality dental care, helping patients feel comfortable, and building lasting relationships based on trust. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, and baking.

Please join us in giving Dr. Kaylie a warm welcome to the Starling Family Dentistry family! She is excited about this new chapter and all of the blessings that come from it. We are excited for our patients to meet her and look forward to the excellent care she will provide to our community.

Appointments with Dr. Kaylie will be available, beginning July 6th, Monday through Thursday and every other Friday morning. Call our office to schedule at 352-473-9090!
