Last week, our team stepped away from patient care to focus on 2 essential parts of serving our patients well:

Through HIPAA games, real-life scenarios and hands-on 👏emergency response practice, our team refreshed the skills needed to protect patient information, communicate effectively and respond calmly when every second matters.

We’re incredibly proud of our team for bringing such great energy, teamwork and commitment to the day. Because excellent dental care includes everything that happens behind the scenes, too!

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates well, stays organized, and can make patients feel comfortable and welcome from the moment they call or walk through our doors. As our Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and an important part of creating the experience they have in our practice.

Spanish/English bilingual is preferred — and dental experience is NOT required for the right person. If you have a positive attitude, are eager to learn, and take pride in doing your job well, we’re willing to train you.
