We are posting to share an important update regarding our practice.

Due to a health concern that requires Dr. Perri to focus more attention on his treatment and recovery, he will be adjusting his role within the office. While he remains committed to our patients and will continue to be involved as his health allows, it is important to us that you continue to receive the exceptional care you deserve.

We are delighted to welcome Dr. Janelle Caira to our team. Dr. Janelle Caira, daughter of Luigi Caira DDS, graduated from Tremper High School in June of 2017 and graduated from Marquette University in May of 2026. Dr. Caira joined the practice on June 15, 2026, and we look forward to the expertise, compassion, and high-quality care she will bring to our patients. In addition to welcoming new patients, Dr. Caira will be assuming the care of many of our patients to help ensure continuity of treatment and ongoing support.

Dr. Daniel Santarelli, my partner of 28 years, will continue providing care to all of our patients along with working closely with Dr. Caira during this transition to help oversee and support treatment care. Together, we are committed to ensuring that all patients continue to receive the exceptional care and personal attention they have come to expect from our sixty-year-old practice. Our entire team remains committed to making this transition as seamless as possible.

SPS is saddened by the passing of Barb Powell. Her smile graced our front office for close to 30 years. She loved getting to know our patients and treated them as family. Our deepest sympathies to Barb’s family and friends.
