Incredible work by Dr. Schafer! 🦷💙

53-year-old female presented with history of pain in lowerleft quadrant. #19 previously treated with sensitivity to percussion. Diagnosis: #19 Previously Treated with Symptomatic Apical Periodontitis. CBCT imagery revealed short obturation of mesial and distal canals. Canals #19 were located, cleaned, and treated using magnification and .04 Taper Rotary Files. 14mm post space distal canal was created as requested by referring dentist. Patient to return to restoring dentist for restoration.
