One of the most rewarding parts of growing a business is building an incredible team. Sometimes that also means saying goodbye to the people who helped make it all possible.
When I purchased NOLA Dental Studio, I stepped into a practice that had been operating with a very little support staff. One of my biggest goals was to build a team that would create a better experience for both our patients and our employees. Over the past year, many of you have noticed new faces around the office, and we’ve loved hearing your positive feedback. Having a dedicated team behind the scenes allows us to provide a higher level of care, spend more time with our patients, and continue raising the standard of what a dental visit should feel like.
None of that growth would have been possible without Holly!
From day one, Holly served as my transition specialist and helped guide our practice through one of the biggest periods of change in its history. She was often one of the first smiling faces our patients saw when they walked through the door, and over the past several months, so many of you have come to know, recognize, and genuinely enjoy seeing her at each visit. She has a way of making people feel welcome, cared for, and comfortable from the moment they arrive.
Today, we’re proud to say we’ve assembled an incredible full-time team that will carry NOLA Dental Studio into its next chapter.
Holly, thank you for believing in this vision from the very beginning. Thank you for your guidance, your kindness, and for helping create the culture we’re so proud of today. Your hard work helped lay the foundation for our growing team, and your impact on our patients and our practice will not be forgotten.
We know many of our patients will miss seeing your familiar smile around the office just as much as we will.
