A special thank you to Colton for spending his summer with us at Monadnock Perio & Implant Center! 🦷

When Colton first asked if we had a summer position available, the answer was technically… no. But knowing what a driven, kind, and genuinely pleasant young man he is, we decided to bring him on anyway.

And somehow, Colton created his own position. 😊

He jumped in wherever he was needed, took ownership of countless daily tasks, learned quickly, and became such a valuable part of our team that now we’re wondering how we’re going to manage without him!

Colton is heading back to college to continue his undergraduate studies with the goal of becoming a dentist someday. If this summer is any indication, he has a very bright future ahead of him.

And in true Colton fashion, he finished his last day with us by having his wisdom teeth removed…and still managed to smile for the picture! 😂

We’ll miss you, Colton. Thank you for everything you brought to MPIC this summer. We’ll be looking forward to having you back during school breaks! ❤️🦷

🎓 Congratulations to Dr. Luciar Zhao and Dr. Skyler Duda on graduating from the Harvard Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) Program!

This week marked the final session of my seven-part lecture series covering periodontics, oral surgery, dental implants, and implant complications. It was also a pleasure to have both residents complete a three-month rotation at Monadnock Perio & Implant Center as part of their training.

A special thank you to Dr. Z for the opportunity to contribute to another outstanding year of resident education and mentorship.

Congratulations to the graduates, and best wishes as you begin the next chapter of your careers! 🎉

Last Friday, we celebrated Meg’s last day at Monadnock Perio & Implant Center before she begins her next adventure at Tufts School of Dental Medicine this September! 🎉🦷

Meg has been an incredible part of our team. Her kindness, dedication, positive attitude, and genuine care for our patients have made a lasting impact on everyone who has had the opportunity to work with her.

While we will certainly miss seeing her in the office each day, we could not be more excited to watch her pursue her dream of becoming a dentist. We know she has a bright future ahead and will make an outstanding clinician.

A special thank you to Ira from Dickerman Dental Laboratory and Cory from Straumann for helping our team deliver a full-arch implant rehabilitation for a patient. Cases like these require close collaboration among the surgeon, restorative dentist, dental laboratory, implant company, and surgical team.

❤️Nine years ago this day, we opened the doors of Monadnock Perio & Implant Center with a simple mission — to help save teeth, restore smiles, and provide compassionate periodontal and implant care to our community.

Today, as we enter our 10th year, I want to express my deepest gratitude to all of our patients and referring dental providers who have trusted us with their care and the care of their loved ones. Your confidence and support mean more than words can express.

We are incredibly blessed and humbled to now serve so many communities beyond Keene, where we first started — including the Upper Valley region, greater Brattleboro, Peterborough, and many towns in between.

I would also like to recognize and thank the many retired dentists, periodontists, hygienists, assistants and all other dental auxiliary who dedicated their lives to serving this community before us. Thank you for allowing us to continue your legacy of educating patients, helping others, and elevating dental care in the Monadnock region.

Most importantly, thank you to all of our previous and current team members. Your hard work, compassion, loyalty, and dedication have shaped who we are today. None of this would have been possible without you.

It has been an incredible privilege to serve this community over the past nine years, and we look forward to continuing this journey as we enter our 10th year of caring for patients.
