✨ Hygiene Appreciation Week has me feeling so incredibly grateful! ✨
I have to take a moment to brag about my work family at Montshire Pediatric — because they truly went above and beyond this week! 🦷💛
This week they treated the hygienists to lunch at The Stage AND breakfast from Brew Bakers. If that wasn’t enough, last week marked my one year anniversary with them, and they sent the most thoughtful thank-you along with a link to pick a gift of my choice. (I may have gone straight for one of those fancy new blow dryers! 💁‍♀️)
But the absolute cherry on top? Their Wellness Days. Twice a year, the whole team gets together for a day of bonding — and this week we headed to Vermont Vines. 🍷 🍇 Y’all… if you have NOT been, please put it on your list immediately. The food, the drinks, the atmosphere — all top-notch!
We had readings done by the talented Brandy Wells, decorated cookies with Keene Cookie Company 🍪, and tried our hand at glass etching with Holymoly Crafty Corner. It was such a special, fun-filled day.
I am so lucky to be part of a practice that genuinely invests in its team. Thank you, Montshire Pediatric, for making me feel seen, appreciated, and celebrated. Here’s to many more years! 🥂

20 years after graduating dental hygiene school, I finally decided to get my local anesthesia license.

When I was in school, it wasn’t part of the curriculum. Now it is. And honestly? Back then I had zero interest. I’m not a fan of needles, and I never felt the pull to pursue it.

But growth doesn’t happen in the comfort zone, right?

This was one of those “get uncomfortable” moments for me. And wow… did I get uncomfortable. But somewhere between studying, practicing, and pushing through the nerves, that discomfort turned into confidence.

This past week I completed the course, and today I passed my board exam for local anesthesia.

Huge thank you to Mike Burt and Bryden Louisa for being my first patients and trusting me while I built that confidence — I couldn’t have done it without you.

Twenty years in, and still growing. Still learning. Still challenging myself.

Proud of this one. 💉✨

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Montshire Pediatric Dentistry for making this girl feel a little extra loved on her birthday! 🎉🎂

I received the sweetest birthday note and such a fun gift — they sent me a special shopping link so I could pick something out myself! 🛍️✨ It was honestly so much fun and such a thoughtful surprise. I picked out new headphones.

It means so much to work for a place that truly goes out of their way to make their team feel appreciated. I am beyond thankful to be part of such an amazing office 💙
