How to Floss Correctly:

-Use About 18 Inches of Floss. Wrap the ends around your fingers and use a gentle sawing motion to insert the floss between your teeth.

-Curve the floss around each tooth in a C shape and slide it up and down.

-Don’t Snap the Floss. This can hurt your gums and cause damage.

-If traditional floss is tricky, consider floss picks or water flossers.✨
