Say hello to Whitney, one of our talented hygienists who brings heart, skill, and purpose to every patient interaction. A graduate of Pima Medical Institute, Whitney has been in dentistry since 2016—but her story started long before that. Growing up with a mom who worked in the dental field for over 40 years, Whitney spent her teenage summers helping out in the office, discovering a love for dentistry that’s only grown stronger.

At Katy Smile Design, Whitney thrives in an environment that values continuing education, cutting-edge technology, and patient-centered care. She’s especially passionate about airway dentistry and the connection between oral health and overall wellness. Her interest deepened even more after her own son was diagnosed with sleep apnea—making her work not just professional, but personal.

Whitney admires the doctors’ commitment to excellence and creating a space where both patients and team members feel supported. She’s proud to be part of a practice that’s changing lives—one healthy smile (and better night’s sleep!) at a time.

We had such a fun surprise when Dr. Wilder’s son stopped by the office with cupcakes to help us celebrate Whitney’s birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture and the perfect excuse for the team to take a quick break, enjoy something sweet, and celebrate one of our own.
