If you constantly have bad breath, even after brushing, something deeper is going on.
Most people just keep using mouthwash, but that only hides the problem.
Here are 3 things to fix it:
* Clean your tongue daily
* Floss to remove hidden food
* Check for gum disease or cavities
Bad breath is usually a sign, not the problem itself.
If this sounds like you, let’s find the real cause.

If cold water or ice cream hurts your teeth, your teeth are trying to tell you something.
Most people ignore it until it gets worse.
Here are 3 things that help:
* Use sensitivity toothpaste consistently
* Avoid aggressive brushing
* Get checked for enamel wear or cavities
Sensitivity is an early warning sign.
Don’t wait until it becomes pain
See your dentist to have it checked out.

Grinding and clenching often happen at night, and many people do not even realize it.

Do you wake up with jaw pain or headaches?
Have you ever been told that you grind your teeth?

Teeth grinding and clenching can slowly damage your teeth and jaw if it is not treated. Seeing your dentist early can help prevent tooth wear, jaw pain, headaches, and other problems. Proper management can protect your teeth and keep small issues from turning into big ones.

What age should kids have their first dental visit?

The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) recommends that a child should see a dentist by age 1, or within 6 months after the first tooth comes in, whichever happens first.

I’ve seen how much easier things are when kids start early and get comfortable with the dental office.
When did your child first see a dentist?

How often should you see your dentist?
I get asked this a lot,Most people should see a dentist every six months.

Regular dental visits are important because cavities can start without pain, gum disease often has no early symptoms, and small problems are easier and cheaper to fix when caught early.

Some people may need to visit the dentist more often.
Children should see a dentist by their first birthday or when the first tooth appears and continue with visits every six months.
