Meet Dr. Arif Karim! 👋🦷

A Houston native, Dr. Karim earned his dental degree from UT Health San Antonio and completed his endodontic specialty training at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. His impressive background also includes conducting dental research at the National Institutes of Health and four years of serving patients in the Austin community.

Dr. Karim is passionate about relieving dental pain, saving natural teeth, and helping every patient feel informed and comfortable. He also offers sedation options for those who experience dental anxiety.

Outside the office, he enjoys playing electric guitar, cooking, hiking, and traveling. Please join us in giving Dr. Karim a warm welcome! 🎸✈️

🦷 Meet Dr. Brandon Barnett!

We’re thrilled to welcome Dr. Barnett to the ACE Endodontics team!

A Houston native, Dr. Barnett earned his dental degree from the University of New England, where he led student organizations, published research on the oral microbiome, and received multiple awards for leadership and service. He completed his Endodontics specialty training and Master’s degree at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where his award-winning research on diabetes and tooth development was published in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences.

He also holds an MPH from Yale, where he advocated for improved access to dental care before the Connecticut General Assembly.

Today, he is a board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and a member of the Greater Houston Dental Society, Texas Dental Association, and AAE.

Outside the office, Dr. Barnett enjoys reading, football, exploring new restaurants, and aviation. ✈️📚🍴🏈
