Breezy King didn’t build EmpowHer Haven Health Hub because dentistry needed another training platform.
I built it because I got tired of watching good people drown inside broken systems.
I’ve sat in practices where the team cared deeply. And I promise you, they still do.
The doctors wanted to help. And I promise you, they still do.
Everyone was working hard.
But every day still felt heavy.
Patients were confused.
Schedules were falling apart.
Insurance issues kept creating tension.
Doctors were constantly getting pulled into non-clinical problems.
OM's and Front office teams were expected to “just know” things nobody had ever truly taught them.
Honestly......I stopped believing this was a people problem a long time ago.
I think dentistry has been trying to patch operational pain with marketing, scripts, KPIs, and motivational leadership talks… while skipping the actual infrastructure teams need to succeed.
Let me level with you. When someone is responsible for helping patients understand treatment, navigate finances, protect the schedule, communicate urgency, and support production… but they don’t fully understand the clinical side of what they’re coordinating… everything feels harder than it should.
That disconnect touches everything.
And I know that because I lived it for more than two decades.
Across DSOs, private practices, multi-provider offices, virtual teams, and healthcare operations.
The same pattern kept showing up everywhere.
That’s why I built The Haven differently.
Not as another collection of scripts.
Not another motivational training.
Not another “front desk course.”
I built the ONLY clinical-first online training and certification infrastructure for patient experience teams.
Because when people understand the why behind dentistry… communication changes.
Confidence changes.
Ex*****on changes.
Leadership pressure changes.
The entire patient experience changes.
STOP patching symptoms when what’s missing is the INFRASTRUCTURE!

Our CEO Breezy King is doing a small number of fast, hands-on intensives where she dives in and fixes the exact breakdowns in your front office that are costing you case acceptance, scheduling, and production — in real time.

WHAT YOU GET
1 deep-dive call (60–90 min)
Front office workflow audit
Treatment coordination breakdown fix
Script + communication corrections (white-glove tone)
KPI gaps identified (case acceptance, FCR, schedule holes)
1 follow-up session
If you’re seeing breakdowns in case acceptance, scheduling, or team confidence — let’s look at it.

Send a message to learn exactly where it’s likely breaking.

Let’s talk honestly about what dentistry expects from Practice Managers.
Protect production.
Stabilize scheduling.
Improve case acceptance.
Reduce doctor interruptions.
Fix culture.
Increase accountability.
Step in and cover roles when the team is short.
That’s the expectation list.
And most leaders step into these roles wanting to succeed.
But here’s the problem we talked about in this clip from my conversation with Laura Webber
The dental industry holds managers accountable for outcomes they were never actually trained to understand.
No one teaches them:
• how clinical sequencing connects to scheduling logic
• how insurance breakdown errors impact practice cash flow
• how clinical understanding impacts treatment presentation confidence
• how one small operational miss can break the entire workflow of a practice
So leaders are left trying to hold everything together while learning the clinical context on the fly.
That’s not a leadership problem.
It’s a training infrastructure problem.
And until dentistry addresses that gap, we’ll keep promoting great people into roles where they’re expected to perform without the foundation they deserve.
Sharing this clip from our Thought Leadership Thursday conversation presented by EmpowHer Haven Health Hub because this is a discussion the industry needs to have. See the full video here: https://youtu.be/7AI_vQDQLPc

For the past several months I’ve been having a lot of private conversations with dentists and practice leaders.

Different practices.
Different states.
Different team structures.

But the same frustration keeps coming up.

“KPI’s aren’t moving.”
“Scheduling feels unstable.”
“My providers are constantly being pulled into operational issues.”

And almost every time, leadership assumes it’s an effort problem.

It’s not.

What I continue to see inside practices is a training gap that dentistry normalized decades ago.

Front-office teams are expected to execute complex systems — scheduling logic, treatment coordination, patient communication, insurance navigation — without ever being taught the clinical context behind what they’re managing.

When that clinical understanding is missing:

• Scheduling becomes reactive
• Treatment conversations lack confidence
• Providers get interrupted constantly
• KPI’s stall even though the team is working hard

That’s not a people problem.

It’s an infrastructure problem in how dentistry trains these roles.

Because of the number of conversations happening around this right now, I opened four private 30-Day Clinical-Operational Stabilization Intensives where I work directly with practice leadership to correct these gaps.

This is hands-on operational correction, not theoretical consulting.

Inside the engagement we:
✔ Audit KPI’s and operational flow
✔ Repair scheduling and treatment coordination breakdowns
✔ Evaluate front-office ex*****on through clinical context
✔ Implement corrections in real time

The goal is simple:

Stabilize ex*****on so leadership can lead, providers can focus on care, and teams finally operate with clarity and confidence.

I’m limiting this to four practices at a time so the work stays hands-on and meaningful.

If your practice feels like it’s working incredibly hard but the numbers still aren’t stabilizing — let’s talk.

Because most of the time, the problem isn’t effort.

It’s what the industry never taught your team to understand.

**Motivation isn’t what’s missing in dentistry.**

For decades we’ve told teams they just need to try harder.

More scripts.
More KPIs.
More pressure.

But the truth is — most dental patient experience teams were never given the clinical understanding they need to execute the role confidently.

When people don’t understand the **why behind the workflow**, everything becomes reactive:

• Schedules break down
• Treatment conversations feel uncomfortable
• Providers get interrupted
• Teams feel overwhelmed
• KPIs fluctuate despite effort

That isn’t a motivation problem.

It’s a **training problem.**

Dentistry has spent decades teaching these roles backwards.

At **EmpowHer Haven Health Hub**, we correct that by starting where confidence actually begins:

Clinical understanding first.

When teams understand anatomy, procedures, treatment intent, sequencing logic, and urgency recognition — everything else starts to stabilize.

Communication improves.
Scheduling becomes intentional.
Patient trust increases.
And teams finally feel confident in the role they’ve been asked to perform.

Because confidence doesn’t come from scripts.

It comes from **understanding.**
