This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with patients, creating a welcoming experience, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented oral surgery environment.

✨ We’re looking for someone who is: • Friendly, professional, and compassionate
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Confident communicating with patients
• Comfortable answering phones and assisting with scheduling
• Familiar with insurance verification, treatment estimates, and financial discussions
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A strong team player
• Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred

Level II TMJ Arthroscopy by Dr. Brown

Level II arthroscopy allows Dr. Brown to look inside the TMJ and actually treat intra-articular pathology through an operative portal.

In this case:
• Direct visualization of the superior joint space
• Lysis of adhesions
• Joint lavage
• Improved mobility of the disc-capsule complex

The goal isn’t just to treat pain-it’s to restore motion, reduce inflammation, and improve joint function while preserving the native TMJ whenever possible.
