Failing bridge placed many years prior. Atrophic edentulous space 19. surgery. Section bridge mesial to 18, extraction of 20, edentulous space ridge split, immediate implants 19 and 20. Such a great service for the patient when implants are placed at time of extraction, simultaneously with bone manipulation.
