Repeat customer 😍. This time replacing an ailing bridge. Significant atrophy in edentulous space #30. Extraction and immediate implant #29, ridge split and simultaneous implant #30. offers an extensive armamentarium of implant options. The aggressive thread pitch, and pattern of the Nobel Active implant was a perfect choice for an immediate implant with minimal bone. It will engage the apex of the implant to achieve maximum initial stability. The Noble Replace with tapered apex, parallel coronal walls, and shallow thread pattern offer a more gental approach when placing with ridge split bone manipulation. The shallow thread depth offer a more controlled placement when spitting the ridge. Love to share this and use both implants on the same case.

Challenging case. Extraction and socket graft preservation graft was performed, and unfortunately there was not an adequate yield to place an implant. Ridge split bone manipulation to achieve adequate bone volume for an implant. This case the buccal plate really peeled off to the buccal, but the green stick fragment remained intact and I was able to perform alveoplasty to bring the fracture segment back to prevent wound dehiscence during healing.

🔥🔥so my office almost burnt down today😳😱 sterilizer electrical fire!!! As putting out the fire and unplugging the unit I inhaled the fumes. 😵☠️🏴‍☠️🪦 is REAL. I’m still in the coughing up a a storm. It was only a couple breaths so I’m pretty sure I’ll tomorrow .
