From a recommended extraction to an all-natural, beautiful smile arc 😁🧡

This patient came to us with a Class II bite, crowding, and a protruding overbite. She'd gotten an opinion elsewhere that recommended removing two upper premolars to fix it.. but at Hawaiian Smiles, we believe in finding the BEST path for each patient's smile FIRST.

We started her with an AP IV appliance from OC Orthodontics paired with lower arch aligners. Once we corrected her bite, we created just enough space to resolve the crowding, no extractions needed! The result: a stable, ideal bite, and a smile arc she'll be showing off for a lifetime! 🌺
