Ever wondered what these tiny twisted wires on braces are? 🦷 Known in the clinic as a steel tie or lace back, this little wire does the heavy duty work of closing stubborn gaps and pulling teeth into alignment. We also use these wires to make certain hooks and pull teeth down into position!
