Covid-19 and Your Oral Hygiene. Don’t Wait Until It’s Too Late.
We recognize times have changed. Priorities have shifted. You may be feeling anxious or hesitant about keeping your routine oral hygiene visits. You may have even put off visiting your dentist all together. Unfortunately, this can lead to unnecessary dental problems and avoidable costly treatments. Today, nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our staff and patients. Our goal is to add peace of mind to the friendliness and clinical excellence you have to come to know and expect. Dr. Lauer and his entire staff have gone through advanced training and listed below are just a few of the new extra measures we are taking to ensure you have a safe and pleasant experience while in our office.
• Sequenced Patient Scheduling with Expanded Appointment Times
This means fewer patients in our office at one time with virtually little to no wait time to be seen. We are now offering longer appointment times to allow more dentistry to be done in a single visit.
• Social Distancing and Required Face Masks
Fewer patients scheduled at one time means keeping a 6 foot distance a practical reality. Our entire staff is protected by our level 3 N95 masks and we require masks to be worn by patients while in the waiting room. We also offer multiple hand sanitizing stations for your convenience and extra protection.
• Cleaning After Every Appointment and Deep Cleaning Every Evening
CDC-Approved instrument sterilization and thorough disinfecting after each patient in our clinical rooms has always been our standard procedure. We are taking that one step further as we thoroughly sanitize and wipe down all touchable surfaces from our front door to all other areas throughout our office. Each night, we do a top to bottom deep cleaning scrub down.
As we navigate through these uncertain times, please know we are always here to answer any questions you may have. You can be confident in knowing that we take your health and safety seriously while also providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We truly do love our patient family and we hope to see you soon.
