We brought out the cheesecake, quite literally for our belated celebration of Dr. Sal’s birthday à la ratatouille! Dr. Sal had his faithful rat friend Remy at his side helping him do dentistry as he cooked up some amazing smiles. 😊😊 His cabinet of spices was on hand for their amazing support to add balance to all dishes, and food critic Anton Ego was drafting up his next five star ⭐️ review 😆.
