How much toothpaste is actually right for your child?

🍚 Under 3 years: a rice grain-sized smear
🫛 3–6 years: a pea-sized amount
🦷 6+ years: a pea-to-full-strip amount

Using too much toothpaste (especially fluoride toothpaste) in early years can cause fluorosis, white spots on permanent teeth. Easy to avoid with the right amount!
