Just got home (late Saturday night) from a ten day educational western tour. First, a 50-minute presentation on ultra-conservative root canal preparation and obturation at the Fotona Super Symposium, which I hope went well. If you missed my annual video, "Smooth Obturator," it is now on Youtube. Next, Michele and I drove to Prescott, AZ, where I am collaborating with Dr. John Stropko on a chapter of the next edition of the three-volume "EndodonticS," edited by Dr. Arnaldo Castillucci and Dr. John West. My contribution will be on photobiomodulation, primarily with the Lightwalker laser, within a chapter on microapical surgery. This series was supposed to have been published in January of this year, but we keep updating the information, hoping it will be published soon. After that, a short trip to the Horizon Dental Institute in Scottsdale, AZ for a lecture on photobiomodulation to a group of endodontists taking a surgical course. I appreciate all of these places, especially the Fotona Symposium, for allowing me to share my passion with others. I may not be the world's greatest speaker, but I certainly do enjoy rambling on about all the wonderful things the Lightwalker will do.
