A compromised upper lateral incisor. One appointment to remove the tooth, place the implant, and make a temporary crown. In my opinion, this order of treatment results in the best post operative esthetic outcome.

Patient comes in with a broken tooth and leaves with a brand new tooth (implant that is already temporarily restored).

A good digital workflow is what makes all this very predictable. 🙂
