Two of our students, Justin Hornung & Sarah Peterson, had an amazing opportunity to work with patients from Tanzania who have experienced limb loss as a result of albinism-related violence.

We learned how their use of functional electrical stimulation (FES) and robotic technology supports individuals with central nervous system disorders in regaining mobility and independence. ⚡🧠 Thank you to Stephanie Huber (OT and Clinical Educator) for your insightful session 😄 And a special Happy Thanksgiving from Drexel’s MSOP program 🦃🍗
